I attended Alliant International University and received a master's in marriage and family therapy in 2019. Since then, I have worked with individuals and couples struggling with substance abuse, severe mental illness, and life transitions. I have completed advanced trainings in Perinatal Mood Disorders with a certification from Postpartum Support International (PMH-C). I also have completed basic training for EMDR therapy through the EMDR institute.

I utilize many different modalities to help aid my clients in their journeys. I encourage a mindful approach to our sessions, and often use my knowledge of the dialectical behavioral therapy approach to encourage change in my clients one day at a time.
